This is STS, the Speech Tournament System. It probably isn't interesting to you unless
you happen to work at the Valley Catholic Middle School Speech Tournament. There is a
small amount of user documentation and a writeup of the scheduling algorithm; however, the
meat of the project is in the Perl code, written for Win2K/IIS with ActiveState PerlScript
in ASP pages, backed by an Access database.
